This was my first apartment and I had the best experience! The apartment was well kept and very clean. Anytime I needed any assistance with maintenance they were willing to work with my schedule. Plus, I loved getting to use the pool everyday this summer. Crystal was so supportive and always there to help with anything needed.
Pre-lease procedure was efficient and professional,. Crystal, the property manager, was polite and thorough. She answered all my calls and emails promptly. Move in and walk through was easy and painless. I had one issue after I moved in where I noticed my hot water wasn’t as hot as I’d like, they addressed the issue with in hours… Fantastic service. The appliances are very nice in my unit, it was clean and freshly painted, and the grounds are kept up nicely. I’m looking forward to calling Liberty Park my home.
We became aware that our water heater was not working around 5:00 PM. The maintenance team promptly responded and worked beyond standard hours to resolve the issue in a timely manner. A replacement water heater was required, and the team successfully completed the installation within 24 hours of the initial work order. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and responsiveness of the maintenance team.
