Montium, a property owner and manager with communities mostly located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and the Lehigh Valley, is continuing to elevate the resident experience.
While traditional multifamily apartment communities offer homes to people that suit their lifestyles, Montium’s resident-first approach has created new opportunities.
All summer long across all its communities, Montium has hosted celebrations that bring residents together to connect, network, and develop a stronger neighborhood.
At Oak Hollow Apartments in Bethlehem, PA, residents enjoyed complimentary food from a local restaurant while listening to music and interacting with yard-style activities. They were cooled off on a hot day with complimentary shaved ice.
Scenes like that were similar from Allentown, PA, and Pottstown, PA, to Newark, DE, and South Jersey.
“This has been a great opportunity for our residents to meet their neighbors for the first time – even our staff has learned more about the residents, which has ultimately strengthened their relationships and understanding of each other,” said Israel Mendlowitz, CEO and Principal of Montium.
For years, Montium has acquired communities that were forgotten assets. Significant investments have been made at each community to ensure a comfortable, safe, clean, and functional environment.
As part of its investment, Montium has renovated hundreds of apartments across its portfolio and added community amenities.
There are currently plans to add more resident-focused programs and community features in the near future.
