I have been living here for almost 1 year now and let me say, it couldn’t be more of a PLEASANT experience. The leasing/management team is kind and attentive, always willing to help out when needed. Joan helped me in making the decision to live here, and Steven is always the absolute best! As far as the leasing team, I have really only experienced these two folks, but I cannot say enough good things about them!!
The maintenance team, specifically Dylan & Miguel, are AMAZING! They have been quick to help me whenever issues arise. They are seriously great, and I always appreciate them for their hard work here. As for pests, yes, there are some here and there. It’s an older apartment complex outside of the city, it’s basically expected. There’s monthly routine pest control in each building/unit, and you can contact the leasing office to have the exterminators come more often if needed.
Overall, I highly and sincerely recommend Bala Apartments! I am a college student at a University near by, and it makes me sad that I will eventually have to move out of Bala at the end of my schooling. Love it here and I couldn’t be happier!
I took a tour at Bala Apartments the staff have been pleasant. The apartment shown was great, perfect location for my needs and many questions were answered. Steve listened to my interests, needs and gave me some suggestions on unsure concerns. It was great to have a conversation with someone who was very pleasant, understanding, yet professional. I am looking forward to future communication and visits with Steve.
