Just recently moved into the apartment and I’m pretty happy with the complex. My apartment was clean and in decent shape. Management fixed any issues I found pretty quickly. It’s a good neighborhood, my neighbors are nice, and the rent is reasonable. Couldn’t really ask for more.
The experience with Grandview is the best. Frankie is so great, humble and understanding of our situation. The apartments look great. Love it!!!!
Moving halfway across the country was extremely easy all thanks to Frankie. She is the property manager and accommodated everything due to me being 20 hours away trying to find a place to live here in Pitman. She works hard, fast, and is extremely kind. Wouldn’t have changed a thing or asked for anyone better! Also Georgie is awesome. Had a few things needed to be revamped for my move in and he got them done QUICK. 10/10.
